I joined when the team had fewer than 10 people and left when it had more than 200 across several cross-functional teams. I went from manual QA, to building a framework with 200+ UI E2E tests, to leading QA for the project. The product was a hybrid Android/iOS app and a web portal with three account types (nurse, facility, admin).
